  7. Well, Hitler came to power in Germany during a economic slow-down in the late 1930's. Italy's Mussolini also rose to the top over the country's old king. Finally, Japan invaded the Chinese mainland using coordinated air and sea attacks. The world stage was set for the greatest conflict of our age.

  14. German soldiers were known as Nazi's and their leader was Adolf Hitler. The war began in 1939 and the U.S. didn't enter until I think 1942 and the reason was because of the Holocaust, which was the attack on Pearl Harbor by Japan. I don't really know the reason Japan attacked Pearl Harbor. I know that Hitler was trying to create a certain race, so he tried to eliminate mainly Jews and all of those who were not the race he was trying to create. The Jews were put into concentration camps and many were killed. WW2 helped end the Great Depression, and helped make many scientific advancements.

It could be loaded with five rounds of 7.92x57mm IS ammunition from a stripper clip, loaded into an internal magazine. The Mauser Karabiner 98k rifle was widely used by all branches of the armed forces of Germany during World War II. It saw action in every theatre of war involving German forces, including occupied Europe, North Africa, the Soviet Union, Finland, and Norway. Although comparable to the weapons fielded by Germany's enemies at the beginning of the War, its disadvantages in rate of fire became more apparent as American and (to a lesser extent) Soviet armies began to field more semi-automatic weapons among their troops. Still, it continued to be the main infantry rifle of the Wehrmacht until the end of the War.
